If any of you ever have need for a tens unit, and your insurance will cover it, I highly recommend Empi! The unit has been good, and their customer service so far has been amazing! They called me to see if I had questions about getting started within an hour of me opening the box. Just now my dedicated helper lady called to arrange delivery for a new set of pads. Apparently my insurance will cover a new set every 30 days. She is sending me a selection of pads, including her favorite type, to try out and see which work best for me. It's not exactly a "chocolate of the month", club, but I'm pretty easy to please :-) via Facebook
