I thought I was managing my seasonal allergies really well so far this year. Then today happened and I realized that the juniper/cedar just hadn't taken over yet. Just FYI: it's here now. Claritin, flonase, and ibuprofen have helped, but I still feel like I've been yanked through a knot hole backward. I refuse to venture near "fresh air" without a full hazmat suit until it has settled. In the mean time, it's about 7:15pm and I'm going to bed. via Facebook
