7 things/facts that a lot of people don't know about me. "Comment or like and I'll give you a number." Except, I WON'T actually give you a number, but if you feel like playing along, feel free to post your own. You didn't warn me I'd be getting a number when I so innocently "liked" your post Stephanie! ;) 1: I hate cold cereal. My favorite "breakfast cereal" is melted butter with seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce cooked on cheerios. Basically Chex Mix with only cheerios, but I grew up knowing them as "Grandpa O's" since I liked to make them with my grandpa when we visited. 2: I can find just about anything on the internet -- without running into what I'd term "icky" stuff*! If someone has thought of it, it's probably out there. If it's out there, I most likely can find it. (*being a self-proclaimed prude, "icky stuff" is a broad category.) 3: I danced for a dozen years or so, starting with solid ballet training, then a variety from tap, character, modern, jazz, social (to gold level), etc. My last dance class was into finals week when I started dating Michael. 4: I graduated from BYU in 2002 with a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in music, and just short of a minor in dance. 5: When I was young two of my brothers and I created a museum. It had some pretty awesome stuff (fossils, bones, artifacts, etc.) in it that our grandpa would send us (being a well known paleontologist, it was a good hook-up). I was stuck with the gift shop in my bedroom, though, because the boys shared a room and got all the good stuff in their room. 6: I like a lot of people and enjoy a wide variety of people, but only have one "real" friend. Fortunately I married him. Everyone else scares me too much. 7: I worked from the time I turned 16 until I was 6 months pregnant with our oldest child. Now I get to be a full time mother, which is what I always wanted. *political research call center (maybe this is why I hate phones so much? naw, I've always hated making phone calls) *Division of Arts Production (Theater) Costume Studio at BYU (yes, professional sewing. no, I won't hem your pants.) *a summer, then on-call for Campus Craft and Floral (floral arranging is fantastic!) *I did have to take a year off work during the Elementary Education program. The work is too intense so nobody is allowed to keep an outside job during that time. *Then I taught 4th grade for a year. I loved the kids, though the parents stressed me out. *Now I get to work 24/7 without break or vacation as a mama. If i was required to work outside the home I don't know what I'd do as I don't have enough functionality at present to do anything, but I love being here any time my kids need me. via Facebook
