I'm sure you've all seen the "how to cut watermelon the RIGHT way" video a million times on FB -- the guy who slices a watermelon in half, then into cubes while still in the rind, then dumps the cubes out.... Anyway, I tried that today. And it worked GREAT! Definitely the neatest, fastest way I've ever cubed watermelon before. But the best part? The girls, between bites, have been building Minecraft type creations. If only I'd done that part intentionally I'd have earned today's "cool mom" status ;) via Facebook
