I have seen The Grim!!! Okay, not really. Dr. Grimillion. Mostly the same thing. Fine, not really. He's a rheumatologist. Granted, I had to wait several weeks and drive an hour to see him, but it's better than the two rheumy's here in Utah County where I would have had to wait several months. I learned that in addition to severe fibromyalgia I have active bursitis in my shoulders, hips, and knees, as well as tendinitis in my hands. No wonder I hurt so insanely much! He was happy to see the various therapies / treatments we've tried, which is always a good thing to hear. In fact, I may use the recommendations from him and just continue working through my primary care provider and just see him if/when things get stalled and need a new insight again. Hopefully a new anti-inflammatory will help calm down the -itis's which may be contributing to fibro flares by irritating the nerve / muscular pain. Then an additional med to try again to get a lid on the fibro pain. Fingers crossed!!! But not really. Ya know, tendinitis and all. ;) via Facebook
