Any insomnia buddies around? I came to bed 3 hours ago, thanks to a blistering flare of The Migraine. I still don't dare sit up or get too fancy with what i'm doing, but things have settled enough that I expected to be asleep hours ago. I've even taken all my usual drowsy-inspiring nighttime meds. Time to dig for some ear buds and try out some meditation / relaxation /guided imagery to trick my brain. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can... :-) via Facebook
