SEP's for two of the kids tonight. The best one was approaching one teacher (all but one of the Jr High teachers knew Kate by sight! The PE teacher didn't, but the others knew her. Love it!) who started flipping through her papers saying "oh, I can pretty much guarantee she has an "A"... Unfortunately that was, in fact, the ONLY class she didn't have an A in, lol. The teacher was as shocked as we had been when we'd seen her grade beforehand. (Thankfully it's a simple issue that should be easily resolved). It's wonderful to hear teachers say that your child is "a joy" to have in their classes. Lizzie's teacher is awesome too. I was really happy to hear that the reports I'm getting home from the girls are pretty accurate ;) and it was good to hear that the teacher is working really well with Lizzie. She (Liz) has attention issues, but she is pretty good about discovering what is distracting her and coming up with a plan to help her cope better. This teacher has been awesome at listening to her and working with her! Sabrina didn't have PTC today, so we'll have to see what she has to say another time.
