YOU'RE A PAIN MANAGEMENT CLINIC. YOU CANNOT SIMPLY SHRUG OFF MISSING PRESCRIPTION REFILLS BECAUSE "THE SYSTEM IS HAVING TROUBLE". You'd think they'd realize that the prescriptions they deal with are pretty important and probably should be top priority to have 100% perfect. The medical assistant was amazed by the idea that they change the message on the prescription refill line to warn people that they are having problems and may miss refills. I DON'T CARE that you're working on it (except that means it should eventually be fixed) I care about having more than a *desire* to trust my doctor's office. via Facebook
