It is warmer outside right now (11:39pm) than it has been any time in the last several weeks. With high winds too it's no surprise that we're losing icicles like a 7 year old looses teeth (some all at once, some in chunks, and it isn't always pretty). These are the same icicles I photographed the sunrise through this morning.
