Any of my Oregon friends live near the Washington County area? Or are able to travel there? A cat that was adopted out by CAWS, the rescue group we've worked with, is in a shelter there and needs to a safe home for just a couple of weeks until someone can pick her up and bring her back here. CAWS animals are rescued for life once CAWS takes them in. If something happens with the owner, CAWS will take the animal back and find another home. With a microchip that stays registered to CAWS these animals sometimes need to find a way back from other states if they have been abandoned. via Facebook
