This person will help with hospice billing questions, facilitate billing if the client wants us to bill, stay up on medicare and medi-Cal hospice billing requirements, and help with customer retention of hospice management suite. We don't expect them to be a medi-Cal specialist immediately, but we'll put them through courses. This role is expected to work from the Salem office.
