Wow, it's yummy!!! And really rich. And the perfect combination of crispy cookie and creamy cheesecake filling. After a piece (or *ahem* two) I actually can't eat the last two bites. Super easy way to get a cheesecake fix without a lot of fuss, fancy springform pans or water-baths in the oven. Mmmmmmmmm :)
