Huh, so if I take 2 Benadryl at 10pm they will have completely worn off by 4am. Still wide awake after an hour so I decided to play with my phone for a bit in hopes that my body will remember that *this* is not sleep. Now I have those 90's GI Joe commercials in my head: Now you know. And knowing is half the battle. :-) via Facebook
