Dear CBS.com: I am watching a show on your website, watching your ads and all that. But would you please figure out how to not DOUBLE the volume of the ads!!! And for the love of sanity, quit shrinking the display during every commercial break. These things make me significantly less likely to watch shows on your station. We have to stand up and walk like 10 steps across the room and ADJUST THE VOLUME BY HAND!!!! Then re-adjust after the commercial break AND re-embiggenate the display. It is making my life REALLY hard. Sincerely, I shouldn't have to exercise to watch tv comfortably via Facebook
