Sweet moment today -- Kate brought me home a packaged chocolate chip cookie. Apparently one of her friends had brought a few dollars to get some goodies for herself and to share after school, as she has done a few times. After getting something for each of them there was a dollar left. Kate threw out the idea that I like chocolate chip cookies, and her friend got one for me. Kids really can be sweet! It's one of those little gestures that melts my heart. via Facebook
