Made these for dinner tonight: http://pinterest.com/pin/160440805447745493/ I used Aneheim peppers instead of poblano, since they were handier. I cut the peppers and onions very small, but after sauteeing them I tossed them in with the rest of the sauce in the food processor. Nice zip without being too spicy. Even got hubs and the kids to not even bat an eyelash at the avocado :) Overall, successful meal, though it required more time on my feet than I should have spent today.
