4 of our 5 fruit trees we planted last spring are looking good. The cherry tree, though (Bing) seems to have not made it past the long, frigid winter :( As the other trees were swelling, leafing, and budding, the cherry tree started to kinda start plumping up (where the leaves would come out), then it just kinda quit. 0 leaves. Anybody have any other suggestions or input? I suspect we'll have to replace the tree. Any suggestions on type of cherry tree? should we have tried a different variety? Our trees are semi-dwarf and 10 feet (?) apart. Is pollination an issue? I thought we covered all those questions when we got the trees last year, but maybe not? via Facebook
