It's business, and it's personal. That's why I love our neighborhood Ream's grocery store! We've been going there for several years now, and I don't remember any experiences with rude or uncaring employees. Most of the cashiers have been there for ages, but even the teenage workers are kind. They sell and feature a large variety of local items and encourage buying local. I've never before asked a favor of the butcher in a store, but here they've gone out of their way to help me get exactly what I'm looking for. I don't do 100% of my shopping there, but we are there pretty much 6 days a week! via Facebook
