Kate just opened her candy sticks box. She read the label (sugar, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, gelatin, beef gluten, and some artificial crap) then took a little stick out. It looks just like chalk. And she discovered it draws on the cement just like chalk too. We've found a use for the candy sticks! :D Plus, she gave me her FULL SIZED Reese's Peanut Butter cups. Project: styling a ratty thrifted wig. Problem: no head form to keep it positioned on. Solution: pumpkin head. Pins go in beautifully! Kids tend to wiggle... and complain when straight pins are stuck in. via Facebook

Listening to my children debate the consequences for welching on a promise made with a "cross my heart, hope to die, stick a cupcake in my eye". The concern is that nobody wants to eat a cupcake after it's been put in someone's eye, and that would be a waste of a good cupcake. via Facebook
